I almost OD'ed on Roman Broccoli this week! Roman Broccoli is an other-worldly thing, and tasty too...It is kind of a cross between broccoli and cauliflower, because it is white on the inside and green only very near the surface (and only slighty green too) more shaped like cauliflower in a head, and not with individual stalks or spears...and pointy! the stuff looks dangerous, like you could cut yourself just touching it...but once cooked...fantastic! I highly reccomend Roman Broccoli!
